Alcion is a spin off of the Evangelion series. The Show is set during the events of the first two Rebuild films and focuses on a group of 5 fugitives wanted by NERV who learned about SEELE's plan to initiate third impact. To foil SEELE's plans, the group uses the Alcion mechs (a sub program in the EVA series) to stop them.

The main protagonist of the series and the Leader of the group. A reasonable and compassionate man of strong morals, optimism and idealism (His personaility is similar to Stewart's other roles like Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek: The Next Generation and Charles Xavier from the X-Men film series), Arch was a former British Army Lieutenant Colonel and an Ex-Nerv employee. Unlike most of NERV's Staff, he was one of the few members who questioned their goal and methods that he was one of the first to discover Gendo Ikari's partnership with SEELE and had sought to expose it to the Public. It was then he was captured and sentenced to execution, only to get help from the other prisoners and had managed to escaped. (More to come)
